Not to be confused with GNOME Terminator, Phil Norman wrote this in around a month, during 2004, preceding GNOME’s same-name project. Terminator has had all sorts of advanced features added since – including automatic logging and unlimited scrollback – and is truly cross-platform. Very popular in some quarters, despite the confusion with GNOME’s Python-powered namesake.
